Sign Up Information

.....Members must sign up for each Sunday by the previous Thursday (except Hamptons). Sign up can be done either by sign-up sheets each week or by calling one of the people listed at the bottom of the schedule by Thursday. Sign-up sheets are put out two (2) week in advance of each scheduled event.

.....The number of tee times will be determined by the number of players that are signed up. The normal number of tee times reserved each week is 10 (40 players). This number of tee time may be reduced by each course if all tee times are not filled. Courses want to know by Thursday the number of tee times HGA wants to confirm.

.....If sign up list is low and tee times are taken away from HGA, then those members on the list will be able to play. Any free space will be on a first come first serve basis until tee times are full. No more members will be allowed to play that day with HGA once all tee times are full and no more can be obtained. Example: HGA get only 8 tee times then only 32 players get to play.

.....The "BE THERE" time is when teams will start to be picked. Please arrive before the "Be There" time to check in and pay. If you are not there by the "Be There" time, you may not be able to play on a team. Members may play with HGA that day if space is available and get into Scats, low net and closest to pin only. ($5.00 bet)
