Changes for 2011 based on comments and events that happened in 2009 1.  Handicaps - This is the third year for calculating handicap based on play in the league only, this will be adjusted for new players for the early part of the league season.  We will NOT be using handicaps statistics from any other source; 2.  Score Cards - This is the third year we will be using our own cards this year to assist the score keeper.  All rule concerning score cards will conform to the Rules of Golf as discribed in the RCGA Rule Book; 3.   Men's League Charter - This is the third year for our charter and some minor changes have been made based on what members of the league suggested last year.  The charter's sole purpose is to be a fair and open atmosphere to the league
